In order to rent the facility there are a few requirements due to being a City building:
  •  A $700 deposit must be given before an event is booked
  • Signed Contract/Initial Agreement
  • General Liability Insurance Certificate
  • Food/Liquor Caterer (if applicable)
  • Security (if applicable)
All documents and the final payment are required to be submitted 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
