Rain Check Policy

If the manager on duty makes an announcement to exit the pools, rain checks will be issued when the pool has remained cleared for at least one hour. A rain check will allow a future visit to the aquatic facility prior to the expiration date (normally one month after date of issue).

The aquatic facilities will remain open until the Facility Management makes the decision to close for the day. To receive a rain check, guests MUST present their time stamped receipt for all individuals wanting to receive a rain check. Additional, anybody requesting a rain check MUST have been in the center for less than three hours to be eligible for a rain check.

Rain checks expire one month from the date of issue. Rain checks are not available for spectator admission.
