The following classes are offered at the Aquatic Center, and are included with a membership or drop-in fee.

Water Aerobics

Water Pilates

Water Pilates is designed to increase flexibility, core strength, balance and stability using the water's natural resistance to increase the body's full range of motion.  In addition to your heart and muscles, working out in water is also great for your internal organs. Not to mention, it's the ideal workout to cut off inches around the waistline.

Hero's Therapy Swim

Heros Therapy Swim

Course description

Calling all heroes. We encourage you to join us for an instructor-led therapy swim. Any adult who suffers from prolonged pain as a result of an injury or medical issue is encouraged to attend.

Tabata Aqua Fitness

Tabata Aqua Fitness

Course description

A group fitness class where up to 10 rounds of 1:20 are performed with considerable intensity moderation. Can be done in deep or shallow ends of the pool. A heart rate of 75%-85% is a feasible goal. Rather than focusing on speed and power, the workout targets large muscle groups with big exercises.
