Cloud Directions Painting
These paintings and sculptures reveal how individuals have related to their immediate surroundings and how the development of their aesthetic responds to experiences that are specific to time and place. Each work in the exhibition holds a wealth of information that is capable of awakening a deeper consciousness within the mind of those who stand before them, which in turn provides an even broader appreciation of the how artists throughout the 20th century have rendered the diversity of New Mexico’s multi-faceted environment.
