Accessibility

The main entrances to the Roswell Convention & Civic Center are ADA Accessible and will accommodate all wheelchair sizes.

Balloons/Confetti

All helium-filled balloons and confetti are prohibited from entering the Roswell Convention & Civic Center.

Lost & Found

The Roswell Convention & Civic Center assumes no responsibility for any lost or misplaced items.  Contact the staff at (575) 624-6860 to inquire about lost or misplaced items.
 

Parking

Parking is available to all visitors and event attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. 

RV Parking

Service Animals

Service Animals are permitted at the Roswell Convention & Civic Center. Pets, including comfort animals, and other animals are not permitted.

Smoking/E-Cigarettes/Tobacco Restrictions

Smoking, the use of e-cigarettes and tobacco products are prohibited within the Roswell Convention & Civic Center. This includes, but is not limited to the exhibit hall and pre-function area, meeting rooms, offices, the kitchen, storage areas, and restrooms. Outside areas have been designated for smoking privileges.
 

Solicitations

No collections or donations shall be solicited or otherwise approved by the General Manager.
