Zoning and Subdivision Codes, and Public Works Specification Manuals

Zoning Codes are used to establish appropriate locations for specific types of development.  The Roswell Code also contains information on site development standards for parking, signage, and landscaping.

Subdivision codes are used to create new parcels that will be developed from a single tract of land.  These include specifications for new parcel sizes and orientations, as well as road widths and utility easements.  This document also includes the processes that a subdivision will be required to proceed thru.

Also shown is the Public Works Specification Manual for how utilities will need to be constructed.
