Eastern New Mexico Medical Center (ENMMC), a 162-bed facility, includes a cancer treatment center, cardiology, emergency, family care, imaging, rehabilitation and surgical. It also includes behavioral health and outpatient clinics. 
 
ENMMC is the second hospital in New Mexico to receive chest pain accreditation which means it is the hospital of choice for chest pain emergencies. The hospital offers 24/7 availability and coverage of interventional and diagnostic cardiologists, two brand-new Cardiac Cath Labs with 24/7 staffed and on-call availability. It is the only hospital in the area with Level III Trauma designation. It also offers radial catheter lab procedures, digital mammography services and interventional radiology services in the hospital's Imaging Center and Cancer Center with the latest technology.

ENMMC offers its patients access to the health information via an online patient portal. It also offers tele-neurology services, which provide a higher level of emergency stroke and critical neurology care 24 hours a day. this includes sophisticated video-conferencing technology, if necessary, to connect doctors at ENMMC with neurologist. Lovelace Regional Hospital (LRH) is committed to offering Roswell and Chaves County residents the highest quality patient care. It is an acute care general hospital with 26 beds, emergency room service, labor and delivery service and operating rooms for outpatient and inpatient surgery.

The imaging department features same-day and next-day appointments for many services, including MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and more. LRH is fully accredited by the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The hospital offers a full spectrum of medical, surgical and radiological services. These services include cardiology, cardiopulmonary, intensive care, rehabilitation - inpatient and outpatient (physical and speech), telemetry beds, pulmonology, cardiac catheterization lab, vascular imaging, fluoroscopy, interventional radiology and cardiac echo.
