The individuals below are wanted by the Roswell Police Department in connection to the crimes listed. Individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Criminal Charges: aggravated burglary, aggravated assault (2 counts), battery (2 counts), abuse of a child
Background
Sosa is accused of entering a home and beating a woman there and chasing her around inside the home with a knife during an incident involving Sosa wanting to take their (his and the woman’s) 14-year-old daughter. He allegedly made threats to kill the woman and her family and also beat the woman’s 18-year-old son and slapped the daughter. When the woman struck him with a baseball bat, Sosa returned to his own residence, which is in the same city block, but stopped to threaten a neighbor while holding a machete-like weapon. Sosa then went into his house, but fled prior to the arrival of police, who searched the house and found it empty.
