The individuals below are wanted by the Roswell Police Department in connection to the crimes listed. Individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of these individuals, or having any other information that could potentially help locate the subjects, is asked to call the police department at 575-624-6770 or Chaves County Crime Stoppers at 888-594-TIPS (8477).

Callers may remain anonymous, and callers to Crime Stoppers may be eligible for a reward if their information leads to an arrest or conviction. The Roswell Police Department thanks citizens for their assistance.

  • Criminal charges: sexual exploitation of children (possession and distribution)
Background
Mullins is accused of downloading and uploading child pornography to a computer and/or other devices. Following an investigation, a warrant was issued, but investigators have not been able to locate Mullins, who is believed to have left Roswell, but may still be in New Mexico, possibly the Albuquerque area.
