Movies Under the Moon: Space Jam (1996)

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and relax under the Moon while taking in an all-ages screening of Space Jam (1996) outside the Planetarium!

The evening will include family-friendly activities before the movie, starting at 8 pm. Movie will start at dusk between 8:30-9p.m. Snacks will be available for purchase. Join Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny in a space adventure for all ages. The Nerdlucks have been dispatched by their ruthless boss Swackhammer, an owner of an intergalactic theme park, to get the Looney Toons for attractions. The Looney Toons demand a chance for freedom, challenging the aliens to a basketball game. The Nerdlucks cheat, however, stealing skills from Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, Muggsy Bogues, Larry Johnson, and Shawn Bradley, which, consequently shuts down the NBA. In a desperate attempt to win the match and earn their freedom, the Looney Tunes enlist the aid of retired basketball champion Michael Jordan. (1996, 88 minutes, Rated PG)
