RPD School Resource Officer featured by national organization

The quick-thinking actions of RPD School Resource Officer Anna Romero brought a quick end to a dangerous situation at Roswell High School earlier in 2023 when a 16-year-old male student was found to be carrying a gun. 

SRO Romero's actions in response to the Jan. 4 situation have been featured in an "SRO Success Story" produced by the National Association of School Resource Officers.
