Join our zoo staff for the Fifth Annual Zoo Animal Gift Giving. This animal enrichment program on Saturday, Dec. 23, is fun for all. Zookeepers will open the gates at 8:30 a.m. into the park. Meet us from 9 a.m. to 9:30 on the zoo patio & get free hot chocolate and a candy cane. Following hot cocoa and candy canes we'll start the gift giving! This year we'll be gift giving in the following order:
Lemurs
Badger
Raccoon
Coyote
Wolf
Coati
Bobcat
Black Bear
Mountain Lions
If you'd like to give a gift to the animals, please contact Andy Cole at a.cole@roswell-nm.gov We are looking for pumpkins, live Christmas trees, real Christmas Wreaths, wrapping paper and more!
