[ARCHIVED] Woman dead after drive-by shooting

Police investigators are asking the public for any information they may know related to a drive-by shooting in southwest Roswell Feb. 7 that left a local woman dead inside her home.

Roswell Police Department detectives are working to try to identify a potential suspect or suspects in the incident that occurred around 10:30 p.m. at the Sunrise Mobile Home Park in the 1200 block of West Hobbs Street.

Multiple gunshots were fired during the incident, and the shots struck two mobile homes. At least one of the shots reached the inside of one of the homes, striking Tess Jauregui, 33. A short time later, medics determined she was deceased at the scene. There were other people inside the home with Jauregui, as well as people inside the nearby home that was also struck by the gunfire, but none of those people was injured.
