The Robert H. Goddard Planetarium at the Roswell Museum and Art Center is offering an expanded public program schedule through the summer.
From mid-June through August, the planetarium will present shows at 2 and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and continue offering shows at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays. There will be three different shows presented each month in the schedule rotation throughout each month. Each show will last about 40 minutes and usually include a film and a “star show” presentation using the planetarium’s specialized equipment. (The star show portion may not be included in certain shows.)
For a schedule of shows, along with the descriptions of the featured films, for June, July and August, please visit the planetarium page.
Admission to planetarium shows is $3 for children (ages 4-15; younger children are free), $5 for adults (ages 16-59) and $3 for Roswell residents (bring ID), seniors (age 60 and older) and active military members with a military ID. Planetarium admission is free to museum members.
