The RPD Mobile Command Center will be at Poe Corn Park (East Second Street just east of Garden Avenue) each Saturday through Labor Day weekend as this summer’s Community Investment Project wraps up. Everyone is invited to come have some hot dogs that will be grilled each Saturday from about 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. as long as the Command Center and officers are available. Kids and adults are invited to come inside the Command Center and learn about it and other police department topics.
