Jordan Craig | "Your Favorite Color is Yellow"
Inspired by traditional designs from indigenous cultures, Jordan Craig creates minimalist paintings that are fiercely traditional and formally rigorous. Her current series evokes both traditional Native bead and quillwork and high modernism, bringing these two seemingly disparate cultural forms into an optically-dynamic balance.
