In-house, onsite food and beverage services will be provided exclusively by the Roswell Convention Center. The team at the Convention Center will work to create customized options that fit the taste and budget of any group. The food and beverage department can create menus to suit your group whether it’s a meeting for 20 or a gala for 800.

The Roswell Public Library is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Senior hour is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. to accommodate those most vulnerable to COVID-19. These hours are subject to change. We are offering additional services at this time:
Library on the Go: a concierge service, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday- Friday. Call (575) 622-7101 to request books, music, DVDs or audio books and please have your library card in hand. Library staff will take your order, retrieve the items, check them out and deliver them to your vehicle on the east side of the Library.
Breeze Way Service: forms and informationTax Forms, Library Card Application Form, and Take and Make educational activities.
Wi-Fi: available from the Library parking lot 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Access information is posted at the Library entrance.Online Resources: Overdrive, Tumblebooks, Newspapers, and informational databases are offered germ free and online. To get a library card you will need to fill out the Roswell Public Library's card application. You will need a photo i.d. and a proof of residence in Roswell or Chaves County. If your driver's license is current, that will work for both your photo i.d. and proof of residence. Children under 14 will need a parent or guardian to apply for a card.
If you have a valid library card you can stop by the Internet sign up desk to reserve a terminal. If you are not a resident of Roswell you may request a guest pass. Users that are under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardians permission to access the Internet. Use is limited to one sign-in per day.
You can place a hold on an item that is currently held in the library by calling the Reference Desk, going to the Roswell Public Library's online catalog, or stopping by the Reference Desk in person.

Parks and Recreation does have a stage and sound equipment for rent. However, we do not rent sporting equipment such as volleyball nets, basketballs, rackets, tables, chairs, etc.
Obtaining a permit is easy! Simply download the form under the "Special Events" tab under the Public Affairs page, fill the form out, and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not drop off prospective donations at the Museum. Instead, send an email to Aubrey Hobart, Curator of Collections and Exhibitions, at email@example.com. Be sure to describe the object, its provenance (if known), and include images of the work. Once the Museum staff has determined whether the object is appropriate to the collection and mission, you will be contacted about the next steps. Keep in mind that the process can take a couple of months to complete, as all prospective donations require approval from the Museum's Board of Trustees.
The RMAC rents its facilities for special events such as meetings, lectures, birthday parties, and receptions. Fees vary depending upon daytime or evening activities, set up requirements, and location within the Museum complex.
