Where do I load and unload for an event?: The southwest corner of the venue is accessible via Ninth Street for exhibitor load-in with a 14x14 overhead door allows direct access to the exhibit hall floor.

1. Is the deposit that I pay refundable?: The deposit you pay is applied to your final invoice and will be credited as a payment.

2. Do you only hold large events?: From one to 2,000 plus, our full service staff can do events of all sizes. To find out more, please contact our sales team at 575.624.6860.

3. How much does it cost to rent the Roswell Convention Center?

5. Is Wi-Fi Free?: Yes! High-speed Wi-Fi access is available for FREE throughout the entire convention center.

6. Can I bring my own alcohol or do I need to hire a liquor caterer?: No, however we provide several bar options to suit your event or wedding party needs.

7. Can I bring my own food?: In-house, onsite food and beverage services will be provided exclusively by the Roswell Convention Center. The team at the Convention Center will work to create customized options that fit the taste and budget of any group. The food and beverage department can create menus to suit your group whether it’s a meeting for 20 or a gala for 800.

8. What is the Roswell Convention Center's date availability as compared to the calendar?: Public events are listed on the calendar of events, private events are not. If you are interested in planning an event or wedding, please contact our sales team at 575-624-6860.
