The City of Roswell is requesting bids for the purpose of flooring replacement at the Roswell Museum. The existing building is approximately 51,130sf, single story occupancy a-3. The interior remodeling of the Roswell Museum will consist of the replacement of existing flooring in specified areas, ramps, and wall repair. New flooring totals 20,720sf. The types of flooring include 7,515sf of epoxy terrazzo, 6,825sf of hardwood, 4,163sf of LVT, 2,217sf of carpet tile flooring, and rubber wall base 3,000lf. The renovation will also include a new entrance for a storage room 06.

The City of Roswell requests sealed Bids until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, to be received by the Office of the Purchasing Agent in the ANNEX Building 2nd floor, 415 N Richardson, Roswell, New Mexico 88201 for the above Bid. Bids will be read aloud in public at City Hall in the Large Conference Room, 425 N. Richardson Ave, Roswell, NM 88201.
A pre-bid meeting will be held, and any/all additional questions will be received via email by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023
